Appointment Cancellations and Refunds

Appointment cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment or a cancellation fee will apply. There are no cash refunds on prepaid services (ie./ gift cards or certificates). You may exchange the prepaid service for a different service or for a product of the same value. Products may be returned for refund up to 6 months from date of purchase if unopened or if the product causes a documented adverse effect.
